New Safety Standards for Mechanical Powder Compacting Presses
IIA has now developed new concepts in safety for Mechanical Powder Compacting Presses. In addition to the safety features which help protect personnel from injury, we have also developed new concepts in transmission and clutch brake combinations. This modification corresponds to DIN EN ISO 13857 including risk assessments.
New rebuilding assembly kit for electromagnetic clutch/ brake
For the mechanical presses of the series K6, K15, K30 and K50 we deliver a new, less expensive rebuilding assembly kit for electromagnetic clutch and brake. The clutch torque as well as the brake torque are higher, and are drastically reduced in wear. Therefore the operation durations are extended. The costs are additionally reduced as the lifetime has been extended.
